Warranty

The Goods we offered and supplied will be exactly as ordered with respect to Part No., condition, date code, Manufacturer, packaging, and will meet customer shipping schedule too.Should the goods we supply fail in any respects to conform to the Contract, we accept full responsibility and provide the Buyer the option to reject all of the goods, or to replace any quantity or to accept a portion of the goods and reject the rest,We guarantee in time response to customers quality complaint and offer a basically 60 days warranty period (from shipment date), on the Goods we supply. If the Goods are rejected and proven to be defective/counterfeit with supporting documents, we will issue a full refund to the Buyer within 5 business days after receiving the return shippment.
 
Our experienced marketing team will continue to locate and develop good sources to ensure our customer will always get good price and quality.
 
RETURN POLICY
 
The buyers are responsible to inspect the parts immediately after receiving the shipment. 
 
If we did not receive any written notice of rejection within our warranty time, we will take it for granted that the buyer have accepted the products.
 
The buyer shall report any discrepancy in shipment out appearance, quantity, date code or damage within 15 days after delivery. 
 
If the products are claimed to be defective, a formal test report or a detailed description of the nature of defect is required. 
 
The buyer shall not return the products without an emailed or faxed “Return Material Authorization (RMA)” number from us. 
 
All the returned products must be in the originally shipped condition from us. We will reject the return shipment on conditions that: 1. parts are used; 2. parts with leads cut; 3. parts are in different date or week code as we shipped. We will pay the return shipment charges if we find none of the just mentioned 3 conditions are met.
